| Description: | In this position you will care for, supervise and interact with children between the ages of 6 weeks and 12 years. You will create lesson plans, implement activities and promote positive interactions between families, staff and management. Must have a warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children, and willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with Kids R Kids program and philosophy. Previous experience in a childcare center and a CDA are required. NAEYC knowledge is preferred. Medical benefits are offered. Salary commensurate with experience and education. | Description: | In this position you will be responsible for assisting a classroom Lead Teacher with the general supervision and management of a class of children. You will be in the process of becoming professionally prepared to be a teacher of young children, and meet the requirements of the licensing agency.
